CORTES-SALCEDO, 12 No. 2:20-cv-00048 JAM DB P Plaintiff, 13 v. 14 JAEGEL, et al., 15 ORDER Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action seeking relief 18 under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 19 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On September 29, 2021, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 21 which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to 22 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. (ECF No. 29.) Neither 23 party has filed objections to the findings and recommendations. Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the findings and 24 25 recommendations was returned, plaintiff was properly served. As a result of the court’s June 23, 26 2021 order being returned undeliverable, plaintiff was required to update his address by 27 September 7, 2021. Plaintiff failed to do so. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court 28 //// 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 apprised of his current address at all times. Pursuant to Local Rule 182(f), service of documents 2 at the record address of the party is fully effective. 3 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 4 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. 5 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 6 1. The findings and recommendations filed September 29, 2021 (ECF No. 29), are 7 adopted in full; 8 2. This action is dismissed without prejudice; and 9 3.
