The matter was referred to a United 20 States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(19) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Plaintiff’s 21 Motion for Entry of Default Judgment (ECF No. 14) was heard before the assigned magistrate 22 judge on December 17, 2020. (See ECF No. 15.) 23 On June 9, 2021, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 24 contained notice to the parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations were to be 25 filed within fourteen days. (ECF No. 16.)
