On February 6, 2019, the court ordered plaintiff to pay the filing fee within 19 fourteen days of the date of the order. (ECF No. 14.) Fourteen days passed from February 6, 20 2019 and plaintiff did not pay the filing fee or otherwise respond to the February 6, 2019 order. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed. 22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 23 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 24 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 25 with the court and serve a copy on all parties.
