Plaintiff was given thirty days to file an amended complaint and 19 cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Id. 20 at 7. Thirty days have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise 21 responded to the court’s order. 22 23 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to randomly assign a United States District Judge to this action. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the complaint be dismissed for failure to state a 25 claim for the reasons set forth in the March 19, 2021 Screening Order (ECF No. 14). See L.R. 26 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. 27 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 28 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
