On December 15, 2017 plaintiffs filed a motion 19 to proceed in forma pauperis. ECF No. 2. The undersigned issued findings and 20 recommendations for denial of IFP status and dismissal of the complaint with leave to amend. 21 ECF No. 3. On January 17, 2018, plaintiffs paid the filing fee, filed an amended complaint, and 22 the summons and new civil case documents were issued in this case. ECF Nos. 4, 5, 6.
