(ECF No. 19.) 23 Plaintiff has filed objections to the findings and recommendations. (ECF No. 20.) Defendant 24 responded to Plaintiff’s objections. (ECF No. 21.) 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304, this 26 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. The findings and recommendations filed January 18, 2018 (ECF No. 19), are adopted 3 in full; 4 2. Defendants’ motion to dismiss (ECF No. 11) is granted; 5 3. Plaintiff’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims against California Department of Fair Employment 6 7 and Housing are dismissed with prejudice; and 4.
