FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS THE UNITED STATES, 15 Defendant. 16 17 On January 10, 2018, the court dismissed plaintiff Calysta Sharp’s complaint with leave to 18 amend.1 The order explained the complaint’s deficiencies, gave plaintiff thirty days to file an 19 amended complaint correcting those deficiencies, and warned plaintiff that failure to file an 20 amended complaint would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. ECF No. 9. 21 22 23 24 The deadline has passed and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the order. Accordingly, it is hereby RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed, and that the Clerk be directed to close this case. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); E.D. Cal. L.R. 110. 25 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 26 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
