FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ROBERT WOODS HOSPITAL, 15 Defendant. 16 17 On July 14, 2015, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis application 18 or pay the $400 filing fee within thirty days and was cautioned that failure to do so would result 19 in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. The thirty day period has now expired, and 20 plaintiff has not filed a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis, nor paid the $400 21 filing fee.1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 22 23 prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 25 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
