FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS UNITED STATES MARSHALL OFFICE, et al., Defendants. 16 17 On February 24, 2017, the assigned district judge dismissed plaintiff’s complaint for 18 19 failure to state a claim, and granted him 20 days to file an amended complaint. The deadline has 20 passed and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, it is RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed for failure to prosecute. 21 22 See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); E.D. Cal. L.R. 110. 23 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 24 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 25 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 26 with the court.
