FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION ARIE EVANS, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 On September 6, 2015, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why this action should 17 18 not be dismissed for lack of prosecution and for failure to comply with the court’s prior order. 19 ECF No. 6. Plaintiff has not respond to the court’s orders, nor taken any action to prosecute this 20 case. 21 Therefore, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed, without 22 prejudice, for lack of prosecution and for failure to comply with the court’s orders. See Fed. R. 23 Civ. P. 41(b); E.D. Cal. R. 110. 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 25 assigned to this case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within twenty-one (21) 26 days after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written 27 objections with the court. Such document should be captioned “Objections to Magistrate Judge’s 28 Findings and Recommendations.” Local Rule 304(d).
