On October 9, 2014, plaintiff was 17 18 ordered to pay the $400 filing fee for this action within 30 days. Plaintiff was warned that failure 19 to pay the filing fee within 30 days would result in a recommendations that is action be dismissed 20 without prejudice. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed 21 22 without prejudice. 23 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 24 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
