On February 11, 2014 22 plaintiff filed what the court construes as a request for clarification of the magistrate judge’s 23 findings and recommendations. Plaintiff asks that the order of dismissal clarify to which state 24 action the present case is referring. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304, this 26 court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
