FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS HSBC BANK USA, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 By order filed June 7, 2013, plaintiff was ordered to show cause, within fourteen days, 17 18 why his action should not be dismissed for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 19 4(m). The fourteen day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not shown cause or otherwise 20 responded to the court’s order. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See 21 22 Local Rule 11-110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 23 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 24 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 25 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 26 with the court.
