The July 31, 2012 order 19 was returned to the court as undeliverable. On September 25, 2012, the July 31, 2012 order was 20 reserved on plaintiff at his updated address. 21 The thirty day period from September 25, 2012 has now expired, and plaintiff has 22 not responded to the court’s order and has not filed an in forma pauperis affidavit and/or paid the 23 appropriate filing fee. 24 25 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court randomly assign a United States District Judge to this action.
