FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS / Two recent court orders were served on plaintiff’s address of record and returned 17 by the postal service with the notation that delivery had been refused. (Dkt. Nos. 16, 17.) The 18 Clerk of the Court re-served these orders on plaintiff. The orders were again returned with the 19 notation that delivery had been refused. 20 21 22 23 Based on plaintiff’s repeated refusal to accept orders properly served on him, the undersigned recommends that this action be dismissed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 25 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
