The thirty day period 18 has now expired, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the 19 court’s order. 20 Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the court’s July 12, 2012 21 order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable, plaintiff was properly served at 22 his address of record. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court apprised of his current 23 address at all times. Pursuant to Local Rule 182(f), service of documents at the record address of 24 the party is fully effective. 25 ///// 26 ///// 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed 2 without prejudice due to plaintiff’s failure to comply with the Local Rules and with the court’s 3 orders.
