VIRGA, et al., 8 Defendants. 9 ORDER / 10 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action 11 seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 12 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 13 On October 18, 2012, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations 14 herein which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any 15 objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed within twenty-one days. On 16 October 29, 2012, plaintiff filed objections to the findings and recommendations. On November 17 8, 2012, plaintiff filed supplemental objections. 18 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(c) and Local Rule 304, 19 this court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire 20 //// 21 file, the court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by 22 proper analysis. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. The findings and recommendations filed October 18, 2012 (ECF 60), are 25 26 adopted in full; and 2.
