On August 8, 2018, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations 20 21 (ECF No. 112) herein which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all 22 parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed within 23 fourteen days. Neither party has filed objections to the findings and recommendations.
