Thirty days have since passed, and plaintiff has not filed a second amended 18 complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 19 RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 11-110. These findings and recommendations will be submitted to the United States 20 21 District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
