Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to file a timely 19 notice of change of address or declaration of good cause will result in a recommendation that this 20 action be dismissed without prejudice. The twenty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has 21 not filed a notice of change of address, a declaration of good cause, or any other response to the 22 court’s order. 23 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 24 prejudice for failure to comply with a court order and failure to prosecute this action. See Fed. R. 25 Civ.
