Sections 2601 et seq. to 2617; and 19 15 U.S.C. Section 1639(h). Plaintiff has now filed a first amended complaint in which no federal 20 causes of action are alleged. The action should therefore be remanded under 28 U.S.C. 21 § 1367(c). 22 23 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the above-entitled action be remanded to the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento. These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 25 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
