The thirty day period has 19 now expired, and plaintiff has not filed an in forma pauperis affidavit or paid the appropriate 20 filing fee. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to proceed in forma 21 22 pauperis (docket no. 2) is denied.
