It appears that petitioner has failed to comply with Local Rule 83-182(f), 18 which requires that a party appearing in propria persona inform the court of any address change. 19 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court randomly assign a district judge to this case. 21 IT IS RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed for petitioner's failure to 22 keep the court apprised of his current address. See Local Rules 83-182(f) and 11-110 (E.D. Cal. 23 1997). 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 25 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
