It appears that petitioner has failed to comply with Local Rule 83-182(f), 18 which requires that a party appearing in propria persona inform the court of any address change. 19 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this action; and 21 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed for petitioner's 22 failure to keep the court apprised of his current address. See Local Rules 83-182(f) and 11-110 23 (E.D. Cal. 1997). 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 25 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
