It appears that petitioner has failed to comply with Local Rule 182(f), which 18 requires that a party appearing without counsel inform the court of any address change. 19 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed for 20 petitioner's failure to keep the court apprised of his current address. See Local Rules 182(f) and 21 110 (E.D. Cal. 1997). 22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 23 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within twenty- 24 one days after being served with these findings and recommendations, petitioner may file written 25 objections with the court.
