(Id.) To date, Plaintiff has failed to file 19 his current address with the Court within the allotted time period and the time allowed has now expired. 20 Accordingly, 21 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff’s Complaint (Dkt. #1) should be 22 DISMISSED with prejudice based on Plaintiff’s change of address and failure to timely inform the 23 Court and Defendants of his current address in compliance with Local Rule 83-183(b)-2. 24 NOTICE 25 These Findings and Recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 26 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within twenty (20) days 27 after being served with these Findings and Recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections with 28 the court. Such a document should be captioned “Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Dockets.Justia.com 1 Recommendations.” Plaintiff is advised that failure to file objections within the specified time may 2 waive the right to appeal the District Court’s order.
