The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 72-302(c)(21). On June 5, 2009, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 18 which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to 19 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within ten days. On June 11, 2009, defendant 20 filed an application for judicial notice. Plaintiff has filed objections to the findings and 21 recommendations. On June 15, 2009, plaintiff filed objections to defendant’s request for judicial 22 notice and a supplement to his objections. 23 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 72- 24 304, this court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire 25 file, the court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by 26 proper analysis. 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1.
