On February 1, 2011, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations, 20 which were served on the parties and which contained notice that any objections to the findings 21 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. No objections were filed. The court has carefully reviewed the file in this case, the findings and 22 23 recommendations and the applicable legal standards, and finds the findings and 24 recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 25 ////// 26 ///// 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 2 1.
