No. 13) Defendants. 16 17 18 Plaintiff Yohannes Gebrezgie is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed pursuant 19 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 20 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 21 On May 11, 2022, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations, 22 recommending that this case be dismissed due to plaintiff’s failure to state a cognizable claim, 23 failure to comply with a court order, and failure to prosecute. (Doc. No. 13.) Those findings and 24 recommendations were served on plaintiff and contained notice that any objections thereto were 25 to be filed within fourteen (14) days of service. (Id.) To date, no objections have been filed with 26 the court and the time in which to do so has now passed. 27 28 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304, this court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
