(Doc. Nos. 17, 28) 16 17 Plaintiff Terrell Curry a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this 18 19 civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 20 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On August 24, 2020, the assigned magistrate judge issued the pending findings and 21 22 recommendations, recommending that plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction (Doc. No. 23 17) be denied. (Doc. No. 28.) The findings and recommendations were served on plaintiff and 24 contained notice that any objections were to be filed within fourteen (14) days after service. (Id. 25 at 6–7.) To date, no objections to the findings and recommendations have been filed, and the 26 time in which to do so has now passed. 27 ///// 28 ///// 1 1 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(C), this court has conducted a 2 de novo review of this case.
