ORDER DISMISSING THIS CASE, WITH PREJUDICE, FOR FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM ORDER FOR CLERK TO CLOSE CASE 17 18 19 20 Lachoy Roychelle Davis (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 21 pauperis with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a 22 United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 23 On November 22, 2019, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that 24 this case be dismissed based on Plaintiff’s failure to state a claim upon which relief may be 25 granted under §1983. (ECF No. 10.) Plaintiff was granted fourteen days in which to file 26 objections to the findings and recommendations. (Id.) The fourteen-day time period for filing 27 objections has passed, and Plaintiff has not filed objections or otherwise responded to the findings 28 and recommendations. 1 1 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, this 2 court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
