The court has referred this matter to a magistrate judge under 28 18 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 19 On November 12, 2019, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and 20 recommendations that the court dismiss this case for failure to state a claim, failure to prosecute, 21 and failure to comply with a court order. ECF No. 12. No objections have been filed. 22 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, this 23 court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
