The matter was referred to United States Magistrate 18 Judge Erica P. Grosjean pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 19 On February 21, 2018, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF 20 No. 2). 21 recommending that Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis be denied and that 22 Plaintiff be required to pay the $400 filing fee. 23 recommendations were served on Plaintiff and contained instructions that any objections 24 thereto must be filed within thirty days. Plaintiff has not filed any objections, and the period to 25 do so has expired. On April 17, 2018, the Magistrate Judge issued findings and recommendations, (ECF No. 10). The findings and recommendations filed April 17, 2018, (ECF No. 10), are 5 adopted in full; 6 2. Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis, (ECF No. 2), is denied; 7 and 8 3.
