The Court adopts the Magistrate Judge’s April 24, 2014 Findings and 3 Recommendations in full. 4 2. Gabriel Lorenzo Gonzales and Mark Dustin Levi Huggins are held in default. 5 3. A judgment by default is hereby entered against any right, title, or interest in the 6 defendants approximately $7,000.00 in U.S. currency, approximately $8,950.00 in U.S. 7 currency, and approximately $10,010.00 in U.S. currency (hereafter “defendant currency”), 8 and all potential claimants who have not filed claims in this action. 9 4. A final judgment is hereby entered forfeiting all right, title, and interest in the 10 defendant currency to the United States of America, to be disposed of according to law, 11 including all right, title, and interests of Gabriel Lorenzo Gonzales and Mark Dustin Levi 12 Huggins. 13 14 15 16 5.
