The Findings and Recommendations were served on Plaintiff and contained notice that 21 any objections were to be filed within fourteen (14) days after service. (ECF No. 70.) More than 22 fourteen days have passed and no objections have been filed. In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted 23 24 a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the 25 Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 27 1. 28 The Findings and Recommendations, issued on June 6, 2014, are adopted in full; and 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 2.
