The matter 19 has been referred to the Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 20 § 636(b)(1) and Local Rules 302 and 303. 21 On February 18, 2011, the Magistrate Judge filed findings 22 and recommendations recommending the denial of Petitioner’s 23 request for injunctive relief in the form of an order appointing 24 counsel to represent him in proceedings before the United States 25 Parole Commission. The findings and recommendations also 26 permitted the filing of objections within thirty days. The Findings and Recommendations filed on February 18, 10 2011, are ADOPTED in full; and 11 2.
