The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 16 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 17 On July 27, 2011, the Magistrate Judge filed a Findings and Recommendation, 18 recommending that Plaintiff's Petition for an Emergency Injunction be Denied. (ECF No. 17.) 19 Plaintiff has failed to file objections to the Findings and Recommendation. 20 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(c) and Local Rule 305, this 21 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
