D. BAILEY, et al., Docs. 22 & 25 8 Defendants. / 9 10 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this civil rights 11 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 12 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 13 On September 7, 2011, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. On 14 September 20, 2011, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations, recommending 15 denying Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Plaintiff has not submitted any 16 objections to the Findings and Recommendations of the Magistrate Judge. 17 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), the Court has conducted a de 18 novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the Findings and 19 Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 21 1. 22 The Court adopts the Findings and Recommendations, filed September 20, 2011, in full; and 23 2. 24 Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, filed September 7, 2011, is DENIED, without prejudice. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: b9ed48 November 18, 2011 /s/ Lawrence J.
