Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the 5 Findings and Recommendation(s) to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 6 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 7 1. 8 9 The Findings and Recommendation(s), filed June 29,2010, are ADOPTED IN FULL; 2. This entire action is DISMISSED, without prejudice against all defendants, for 10 Plaintiffs’ failure to follow the Court’s order(s) and rules and failure to prosecute 11 this action; and, 12 3.
