The matter was 18 referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 19 302. 20 On December 20, 2010, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending 21 dismissal of Plaintiff’s claims regarding the appeals coordinator for failure to state a claim upon 22 which relief can be granted. Plaintiff was provided an opportunity to file objections within thirty 23 days. On January 3, 2011, Plaintiff filed objections to the findings and recommendations. 24 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 305, this 25 court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the 26 court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis. 27 Accordingly, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS that: 28 1. The Findings and Recommendations issued by the Magistrate Judge on December 20, Dockets.Justia.com 1 2010, are adopted in full; and 2 2.
