On June 4, 2010, the Court issued findings and 18 recommendation that the action be dismissed for lack of prosecution because Plaintiff did not 19 notify the Court of a current address. 20 On June 14, 2010, Plaintiff submitted objections to the Findings and Recommendation.1 21 Plaintiff reported that he had a medical condition. He stated that he would be prompt in change 22 of address and prosecution of this matter.
