(DOCS. 38, 40, 44, 46, 51) 13 14 CLARK, et al., Defendants. 15 / 16 17 Plaintiff Marcus Ruben Ellington (“Plaintiff”) is a California state prisoner proceeding pro 18 se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On June 18, 2010, June 21, 2010, July 19 6, 2010, and July 13, 2010, Plaintiff filed four motions seeking preliminary injunctive relief. (Docs. 20 38, 40, 44, 46.) The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 21 § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 22 On August 3, 2010, the Magistrate Judge filed a Findings and Recommendations herein 23 which was served on plaintiff and which contained notice to plaintiff that any objection to the 24 Findings and Recommendations was to be filed within twenty days. Plaintiff did not file a timely 25 Objection to the Findings and Recommendations. 26 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1), this Court has conducted a de 27 novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the Findings and 28 Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. The Findings and Recommendations, filed August 3, 2010, is adopted in full; and 3 2.
