ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF (Doc. 65.) Norman Ivory (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action 16 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant 17 to 28 U.S.C. ' 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 18 On July 10, 2012, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that Plaintiff's 19 motion for preliminary injunctive relief be denied. On August 9, 2012, Plaintiff filed objections to 20 the findings and recommendations. 21 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ' 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, this 22 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, 23 including Plaintiff's objections, the Court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by 24 the record and proper analysis. 25 Accordingly, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS that: 26 1. 27 28 The Findings and Recommendations issued by the Magistrate Judge on July 10, 2012, are adopted in full; and 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 2. 2 3 Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunctive relief, filed on September 1, 2011, is DENIED.
