The matter was referred to a United 13 States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 14 On July 29, 2011, the Magistrate Judge filed a Findings and Recommendation, 15 recommending that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Defendants to Return Plaintiff’s Legal Materials 16 be Denied. 17 Recommendation. (ECF No. 32.)
