On 16 September 1, 2010, the Court filed a findings and recommendations addressing Plaintiff’s motion 17 for injunctive relief. On November 4, 2010 Plaintiff filed a notice that he received his legal materials 18 and on November 29, 2010 the Court denied as moot Plaintiff’s request for injunctive relief. 19 Accordingly the Court’s findings and recommendations filed on September 1, 2010 is also moot. 20 Therefore, the Court HEREBY ORDERS: 21 22 1.
