The matter was 18 referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 19 72-302. 20 On December 15, 2009, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending 21 dismissal of Defendants Adams, Machenro, Rodriguez, Silva, Lopez-Espinosa, Briggs, Rangel, 22 CDCR and Corcoran State Prison be dismissed. The court also recommended dismissal of 23 Plaintiff’s Fourteenth Amendment claim. Plaintiff was provided an opportunity to file objections 24 within thirty days. Plaintiff has not filed objections to the findings and recommendations. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 73-305, 26 this court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, 27 the court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper 28 analysis.
