This Findings and Recommendation was served on all parties and 18 contained notice that any objections were to be filed within thirty (30) days of the date of service 19 of the order. 20 On March 13, 2009, Petitioner filed an Amended Writ, and on March 30, 2009, Petitioner 21 filed timely objections to the Findings and Recommendation.1 (Court Docs. 4, 6.) 22 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted 23 a de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, including Petitioner's 24 objections, the Court concludes that the Magistrate Judge's Findings and Recommendation is 25 supported by the record and proper analysis.
