ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF (Doc. 10.) Eugene Hamilton (“plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ' 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On June 14, 2010, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that 21 the motion for preliminary injunctive relief filed by plaintiff on April 30, 2010, be denied. (Doc. 22 11.) Plaintiff was provided an opportunity to file objections to the findings and recommendations 23 within thirty days. To date, plaintiff has not filed objections or otherwise responded to the findings 24 and recommendations. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ' 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, 26 this court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the 27 court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis. 28 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS that: 2 1. The Findings and Recommendations issued by the Magistrate Judge on June 14, 3 2010, are adopted in full; and 4 2.
