The Findings and Recommendation was served 21 on all parties and contained notice that any objections were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. 22 Over fourteen days have passed and no objections have been filed. 23 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a de 24 novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds that the Findings 25 and Recommendation is supported by the record and proper analysis. 26 27 28 1 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. 3 4 The Findings and Recommendation dated February 10, 2011, is ADOPTED IN FULL; and 2.
