The matter was 18 referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 19 72-302. 20 On October 19, 2009, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending denial 21 of Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment and motion for injunctive relief. Plaintiff was 22 provided an opportunity to file objections within thirty days. Plaintiff filed objections to the 23 findings and recommendations. 24 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 73-305, 25 this court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
